Extra Gubbins

As part of the early stage 1 and stage 1 syllabus young students start exploring the idea of rhyming. There are plenty of rhyming words in Tommy the Loose Goose so that's one great way to integrate music and rhyming together.

In this drive link you'll find some example templates of a rhyming exercise that relates to Tommy the Loose Goose in which students identify rhyming words. It's nice and easy and it also allows kids to get a little artistic as well.

There are also some find-a-words because we all used to love them at that age. They are a little challenging so it'll keep them going for a while.
